Job Description:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media campaigns aligned with corporate marketing goals.
• Prepare monthly reports on emerging social media trends for management.
• Monitor the company`s social media accounts and engage with users constructively.
• Develop methods for gathering and saving online customer reviews.
• Analyze long-term needs for the company`s social media strategy and provide quarterly updates to management.
• Create and share engaging daily content (text, photos, videos, news).
• Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Respond promptly to follower queries and monitor customer reviews.
• Oversee social media account designs (e.g., Facebook covers, profile pictures, blog layouts).
• Suggest and implement new features to enhance brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in social media and design.

Requirements & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager.
• Hands-on experience in content management.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to create creative content (text, image, video).
• Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics.
• Familiarity with online marketing channels and web design.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.
• Bachelor`s degree is required.
